Ed Lake Electrical payment terms

The terms below apply unless agreed otherwise in writing before the work begins.

Payment

Unless agreed otherwise in writing, payment is due on receipt of the invoice.

We kindly ask that invoices are paid promptly so that we can complete any final administration relating to the work.

Certificates and completion documents

Where certification or completion documentation is required, Ed Lake Electrical will complete the relevant inspection, testing, and paperwork in line with the applicable regulations.

Certificates and completion documents will usually be issued once the work has been completed and payment has been received in full.

In some cases, the release of certificates or related paperwork may be delayed until the outstanding invoice has been settled, unless we are legally or regulatorily required to issue them sooner.

Late payment

If payment is delayed, we may need to pause any further work, return visits, or additional administration until the balance has been paid.

Acceptance

By instructing Ed Lake Electrical to carry out work, the customer agrees to these payment terms.
